Ration subsidy is given by the central government to 80 crore people.
For three months, Rs. 2 per kg of wheat and Rs. 3 per kg of rice will be given to the citizens for the ration holder.
Under the scheme, 2.65 tonnes of matric ration have been distributed to 5.29 crore people by the government so far.

Facilities received from PM Garib Kalyan Yojana

Financial help was also given by the government to the people taking benefits from PM Kisan and Jan Dhan Yojana.
An assistance amount of Rs.9930 crore was provided to 19.86 crore beneficiaries of Jan Dhan Yojana, which was directly transferred to their bank accounts.
32.32 crore of money was distributed to the people by the central government. 29,352 crore assistance was given to the citizens till April 13.
Rs 1405 crore was provided to 2.82 crore widows, old people, and differently-abled people.
