Eligibility of Rajasthan Chief Minister Rajshree Scheme

All those girls who were born on or after June 1, 2016, will be given the benefit of this scheme.
It is mandatory for the parents of the beneficiary to have Aadhaar or Bhamashah card. If the parents of the beneficiary do not have Aadhaar or Bhamashah card at the time of the first installment, then in that case the benefit of the first installment will be provided on the basis of institutional delivery. But before taking advantage of the second installment, it is necessary to provide a copy of the Aadhaar and Bhamashah cards.
Only the natives of Rajasthan are eligible to get the benefits of this scheme. For all such obstetricians whose institutional delivery has taken place outside the state and has received the benefit of Janani Suraksha Yojana, it is mandatory to submit the certificate of live birth of the girl child. In this situation, the benefit of this scheme will be payable from the Government Medical Institute having native jurisdiction. The benefit of this scheme will not be given to maternity outside the state.
The benefit of the first and second installments will be given to all the girls born in institutional delivery.
The benefit of third and subsequent installments will be limited to a maximum of two surviving institutions in a family.
Apart from this, in addition to the first two installments, the benefit of other installments will be given only to those girls whose number of surviving institutions in the family will not exceed 2.
If such a girl child of the parent dies, who has received the benefit of one or two installments, then the number of dead girl child out of the total surviving children of such parents will be reduced, and if one girl child is given to such parents. If she is born again, she will be eligible for benefits.
To get the benefit of the first installment, it will be necessary to take birth through proposals in private medical institutions authorized by the State and Medical and Health Department for institutional delivery.
The benefit of the second installment will be provided on the basis of all vaccinations as per the Mother Child Health Card or Mamta Card issued by the Medical and Health Department.
Efforts will also be made to connect all the first installment’s beneficiary girls with the Anganwadi center through the Integrated Child Development Service.
The next installment of the scheme will be given only when the number of other installments has been received by the beneficiary in the past.
The benefit of this scheme will be provided to the girl child only when she is studying at every stage in the educational institutions run by the state government.

Financial assistance under Mukhyamantri Rajshri Yojana

An amount of Rs 2500 will be provided by the State Government and Medical and Health Department to the parents of a girl child born through delivery in private medical institutions authorized for institutional delivery. This amount will be provided under Janani Suraksha Yojana.
After the completion of 1 year of age of the girl child, an amount of Rs 2500 will be given in the name of the girl child.
An amount of Rs 4000 will be given to the girl child on taking admission in the first class of any government school.
An amount of Rs 5000 will be given to the girl child on taking admission in class 6th of any government school.
Apart from this, an amount of Rs 11000 will be provided in the name of the girl child on admission in class 10 in any government school.
If the girl child passes class 12, then in this case the girl child will be given an amount of ₹ 25000.

Some important guidelines related to Chief Minister Rajshree Yojana

After the completion of 1 year of age the girl child, after making sure of vaccination online, the amount of benefit will be transferred by the Medical and Health Department to the bank account of the parent or guardian.
For which a unique ID number will be provided at the time of birth of the girl child.
There is no need to apply for getting the first and second installments.
The second installment will be given after uploading the Maternal Child Health Work or Mamta Card issued by the Medical and Health Department as proof of vaccination.
The benefit of the first and second installments will be provided to the girl child by the Department of Medical Health and Family Welfare as per the Shubh Lakshmi Yojana currently running.
The amount of the third installment will be given after the girl child takes admitted to the first class. Online application in the prescribed format for receiving the third installment shall be made through E Mitra or Atal Seva Kendra or other available options.
Along with the application, it is mandatory to upload a copy of the Mother Child Protection Card, certificate of admission in school, and copy of all declarations related to the two children.
All the received online applications will be approved by the Program Officer.
The benefit amount will be transferred online to the beneficiary’s account.
To get fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh under this scheme, the application has to be made in the prescribed format.
It will be mandatory to upload a copy of the certificate of admission to the school along with the application.
Apart from this, after passing the 12th standard, it will be mandatory to upload a copy of the end table along with the application.
The administrative department of Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana will be the Women and Child Development Department.
The review of this scheme will be done once every month by the concerned District Collector.
